Good evening, everyone. Just thought I'd drop a quick note to let you know about my brand, spankin' new DVD, called "And This Is How I Live My Life."

Assembled and (mostly) filmed by Adrian from Noise Vision, this DVD features four live performances, from the infamous "Molech" show to the show at O'Brien's a couple weeks ago.
